The starting point for every beginner. Arabic letters, their shapes, joining letters and the vowel sounds, built up slowly until reading becomes automatic.

Quran reading (Nazira)

Choose Zoom, a WhatsApp video call or Google Meet. Zoom is best for Tajweed because screen sharing lets your teacher point at the exact word being corrected. WhatsApp suits families who would rather not install anything new.
You need a phone, tablet or laptop and a stable internet connection. Nothing else.
Lesson length and frequency
Adults usually take a full 60-minute session. Young children start with 20 to 30 minutes, which suits their attention span far better, and older children take 30 to 45 minutes.
Most students book 2, 3 or 5 sessions a week. Lesson notes and homework are sent after each class.
