These terms apply when you book Quran lessons with Hidayah Quran Academy. Booking a trial or a lesson means you accept them.
What we provide
We provide one-to-one online Quran lessons taught over Zoom or WhatsApp video. All teaching is online. We do not operate a physical centre and we do not send a teacher to your home.
Free trial
We offer a free trial lesson so you can meet the teacher and assess the level before you pay anything. There is no obligation to continue after the trial.
Fees and payment
Current rates are shown on our pricing page. Lessons are billed monthly in advance. There is no registration fee, no joining fee and no long term contract, and you can stop at any time by telling us before your next month begins.
Scheduling, missed lessons and holidays
Lessons run at an agreed weekly time. If you need to move or cancel a lesson, tell us in good time and we will do our best to reschedule it. A lesson missed without notice may not be rescheduled. Let us know in advance about holidays so we can pause your schedule.
What we ask of you
Please join lessons on time from a quiet place with a working internet connection, and treat the teacher with respect. For young children we ask that a parent or guardian is nearby during lessons. We may end lessons if a student or family behaves abusively towards a teacher.
Interruptions
Lessons depend on internet and video services we do not control. If a lesson is interrupted by a technical problem on our side, we will reschedule it or make up the time.
