One of your first desires as a new Muslim is almost certainly to connect with the Holy Quran — the direct word of Allah ﷻ. But if you have never learned to read Arabic before, you might not know where to begin. That is exactly what we are here for.

You Are Not Behind — You Are Just Beginning
Many new Muslims feel embarrassed or anxious about not knowing how to read the Quran. Please know: there is no shame in being a beginner. Every single Muslim — including those born into Muslim families — had to start at the beginning. The only difference is when you started.

Your Quran Learning Path as a New Muslim
A clear, structured four-step journey that takes you from no Arabic knowledge to reading the Quran with confidence.
Step 1 — Noorani Qaida
Before reading the Quran, you need to learn the Arabic alphabet and how letters are pronounced. The Noorani Qaida is a beautifully structured book that takes you through every Arabic letter, vowel and sound — step by step. By the end, you can read any Arabic text.
Step 2 — Basic Quran Reading
Once you know the letters, you begin reading short Surahs from the Quran directly. We start with the Surahs you will use in your Salah — Al-Fatihah, and the short Surahs of Juz Amma.
Step 3 — Learning Essential Duas
Alongside Quran reading, we teach you the duas you need for daily life — Salah duas, morning and evening adhkaar, and everyday supplications. You can begin using these from your very first classes.
Step 4 — Tajweed
As your reading becomes more confident, we introduce the rules of Tajweed — how to pronounce Arabic correctly and recite the Quran beautifully.
A Note for Female Reverts
We particularly want to welcome our sisters who are new to Islam. Our teacher is a female Quran educator — which many female reverts find especially comforting. You can ask any question, make any mistake and learn at your own pace in a safe, warm, female-only learning space.
